St. Martin trip pics

This past December my family went to St. Martin for my sister's wedding. It was my first time in a tropical place like that, and it was AWESOME! I really hope to go back some day.

A few things I learned while in St. Matin:
1. Beaches are "clothing optional" [see #2]
2. Naked DOES NOT = attractive :eek2: [sorry guys no pics]
3. You can have any beer you want, as long as its Heinekin
4. Riding jet skis in 6' - 8' swells sounds really cool, and is fun for the first 30 minutes or so, but after an hour I was DONE.
5. Traffic laws are merely sugestions
6. The guys on scooters are CRAZY
7. Harleys are expensive there too
8. Frech people associate Texas with the Dallas Cowboys, and pronouce the QB's name "Tony Homo"
9. You can find Chinese food anywhere in the world
10. Some how people selling time shares always fnd me no matter where I am

yes I took the D40, and just used the kit 18-55 lens

we did a zip line thing, which was more of a tree top obstacle course. I have to say, that and the hike was probably my favorite day of the trip

We were going to rent scooters [Nate rides too] but several local advised against it, and after driving there for a few days I can see why. Trying to not get hit AND find your way around would be impossible.
Though if I get to go back I will take my helmet and rent a scooter, as I think I could navigate the island ok.

+1 and a couple of years down the road you will just be inclined to burn'em so your kids don't see them and use them against you. :haha: :shock:
