2. Each participant is encouraged to print out their rider check in forms. They are attached in this thread.
Printing and filling out these forms will make your check in process much quicker, giving you extra time for other preparation work, or rest.

Thank you for your attention and help in making this a smooth process for everyone. If you have questions, please feel free to pm us.

Looking forward to the day, but not looking forward to the heat. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate leading up to Saturday.

CW = Clock Wise..

J/K.... I know what you meant.
Yes, we are running it clock wise to prep for the CMRA event the week after.

Yes, we are running it clock wise to prep for the CMRA event the week after.

You can run all ya like, I'd prefer to take the bike around. :-P

I think I'll do the same but no worries I'll give plenty of room to anyone electing to run the track. You will be ATGATT I hope.

I'd love to make this event or either of the following events at ECR but sadly I'm going to be bikeless... So unless I can find a generous soul to let me borrow a bike for a day at the track I'll have to sit it out...

....well, multiple levels are full at this time.

This leaves us with:

L1 - 8 spots left (as of today mid day)
L2 - FULL
L3 - FULL
L4 - FULL

It is an honor to have a chance to work for all of you. If you have comments/suggestions, etc, please let us know.

See you at the track.

Suggestion for next event:

Start earlier! Run same # of hours.

It really was fun to run the track CW and felt completely different in every way. Who knew there were so many blind turns??? Anyway I have to agree with Loyd. I'd be more than willing to show up earlier to take advantage of what little bit of break in the heat we had during the morning. After Lunch I just wasn't able to run full session and called it a day around 3pm. Still thank you to everyone that organizes this. I always learn something.

BTW, Hart Photography has the pics up already.

9-5 is Cresson's rules, not ours. ;-)

TWS is the only track that lets us start prior to 9 am (8 am). All other tracks are subject to local sound ordinances I believe.

dang government getting in the way again.

MSR-C "might" be in a city limit. I would be shocked if ECR isn't county.

Regardless of county/city/country/etc, we get our rules laid out by each track owner.
Therefore, we obey the rules they impose on us (they own the track and therefore are free to run it any way they see fit).

We have already discussed many arrangements with them, and this is what each track has laid out for all track hosting orgs.

If anything changes, we will definitely let you know, but until then, all we can do is to follow the rules.
