In addition to the below change, we now have confirmation that the same customer is renting another block of time at the MSRH facility.
We were in touch with MSRH for some time now, and were trying to figure out how we can accommodate the track owners. Our already full schedule does not have space for moving of the date.
After careful consideration, we have decided to remove our 'other' date which this MSRH customer was after as well.
The date in question is Oct 3, 2009 has now been removed from the RideSmart 2009 event calendar.
Our sincere apologies to any of you that may be inconvenienced by this decision. We hope you will understand.
We will re-post our latest calendar asap.

We have made a change to our 2009 Event Calendar.
MSRH had a recent opportunity to rent the track for an extended period of time to a certain customer. That customer was apparently interested in a few weeks worth of rent at MSRH.
One of the dates the person wanted to get was 9.12.2009.
Since we already had this date, MSRH has contacted us to see if we would be willing to give it up.
After some thinking, we decided it would be great to help MSRH get additional revenue, as well as get an additional Sunday date on the calendar. We have noticed several of you looking for Sunday events.
Well, this is our change. Moving MSRH event on 9.12.2009 to Sunday, 9.13.2009 as the same venue - MSRH.
We apologize if this inconveniences anyone. We strive to be very flexible to all our customers, and helping to realize this great opportunity for MSRH is just another token of appreciation for this great track.
This same customer may impact another date on our schedule, but this will not be confirmed 100% for the next couple of days. The date is very far out, but we will communicate any changes to our schedule.
