Natches Trace PKWY Camping?

Looking for a place to pitch a tent and have a shower. Anywhere north of Tuploe, MS to South of Nashville. The closer to Nashville i get will put me at 800 miles for the day. So i am thinking either North MS, South TN.

Any help will be appreciated.

I've done the Trace up to Tuploe, but we stayed in a small hotel overnight. This LINK (http://www.nps.gov/natr/upload/Campgrounds%204-09.pdf) might help you in finding a campground just off the parkway. the three campgrounds on the parkway itself do not offer any services (Shower/Water, ETC.)
