Without doubt, I believe smokin' a good fatty has to be a food group unto it's own. This weekend using "The Major" over seasoned Oak included a Jimmy Dean's maple sausage log, 1/3 block of philly cream cheese, a layer of sundried tomato paste, generous amounts of chopped garlic, fresh chopped sweet onion and smoked gouda cheese done to perfection (165*F) and sandwiched between a steamed, warm, buttered biscuit.
I'd like to think the shot turned out fairly well trying to use the sun, shadows and colors peeking through.
