Well, we've done it again.
This time, adding another date to our already mile long schedule.
This one is for TWS on Nov 28, 2009.
You may ask, why so late, or say this will be sketchy.
We thought of that too.
During talks with the track owners, we were able to secure a BULLET PROOF policy for this date.
So here are the details:
- We agreed to use Nov 28, 2009 (Saturday) @TWS for a RS track day
- We will be able to cancel this event in the event there is no interest in it (we do not get many sign ups)
- Best of all, WE WILL BE ABLE TO CANCEL the event up to 48 HRS if the weather is not good/optimal. Yes, you read it correctly. TWS has allowed us to keep this on schedule and continue to monitor the weather. If it looks like chances of rain or bad/cold weather are good for that date, we can cancel it on 48HR notice.
What this also means to you is that if we do cancel, we will offer either a credit for another date, or a refund (your choice).
Now, with those arrangements, this date is sure going to be a good one to think about. Nothing to lose, refund or credit, riding TWS on good weather?
So take out those calendars and start playing with dates. We still want to see if there will be good participation for this event, so do not wait long.
We will be updating our schedules asap to reflect this change.
