I agree, practically theft. Especially since the guy was in his 80's and had no idea of their real value today. Once his kids or grandkids find out there might be some fireworks. Off the top of my head I'd say those bikes are easily worth $1,500 to $2,000 each, so to get both for ~$200 is a crime.
