Why not leave the best for the last? With this final event of 2009, you can rest assured that you have nothing to lose when registering for this event.
We were granted a special privilege by the course owners. They will allow us to control whether the event takes place !!!
What does this mean to you? Simply, risk free event guarantee.
We will hold this event only if the weather is good and if there is enough registration to hold it.
Simply, register now. The money you put down will be refunded or credited towards another event in the following season (your choice) if the event is canceled for any reason.
According to the arrangement, we will keep track of the weather. If the forecast comes in for unfavorable conditions to ride (rain, cold, rain and cold, etc, etc), or if there is not enough interest in the event, we will cancel the event.
Cancellation for this event will be communicated on Nov 25 (before end of day) via RideSmart customer email system. All those who register for the event will receive a go/no go email to ensure they know the status. In addition, on this thread, we will be posting status of this event.
We highly recommend you register as soon as you can, to avoid selling out of spots. You have nothing to lose, so make that decision now - the worst that can happen is you will get your money back.

ALL RIDERS MUST BE CHECKED IN AND PASS TECH BEFORE 7:30AM.
THOSE WHO ARRIVE LATE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET ONTO THE TRACK UNTIL ~9AM EARLIEST (MISSING SESSIONS). Due to many functions that we must perform, we cannot continuously service all trickling in late check ins. This takes us away from all other important event tasks.
PLEASE REMEMBER - RIDERS MEETING IS MANDATORY AND MUST BE ATTENDED BY ALL RIDERS. THOSE WHO MISS RIDERS MEETING, WILL HAVE A SEPARATE MEETING AT A LATER TIME - AGAIN DELAYING YOUR ENTRY ONTO THE TRACK.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Lunch time will vary, however it will take place around 11:30PM. This depends on event dynamics. This is to be able to maximize your riding time.
Lunch at TWS will not be served by RideSmart. Due to a non compete arrangement, lunch can be obtained at the TWS cafeteria.
2. Parade laps riders must be present at the track at 10:30am.
Due to unpredictable nature of track logistics, parade laps can occur any time between 11:00am and 12:30pm. To ensure you get the chance to ride the track, please be on time, and wear the appropriate gear (separate parade laps thread explains all gear requirements).
Great chance to get to see what track riding is all about.
3. Every participant should make sure to bring their registration confirmation (email printout), which includes their order # and other registration information. We may request to see it to clarify information, and it will also help to make the check in process smoother for everyone.
4. Each participant is encouraged to print out their rider check in forms. Links to the forms are attached in your confirmation email.
Printing and filling out these forms will make your check in process much quicker, giving you extra time for other preparation work, or rest.
