MRA Double Bubble Racing Screen

Hi, has anybody used a MRA double bubble screen on their Bandit. I'm looking at purchasing one but wondered if they are any better than the original.:thumb:

I had one right after buying my Bandit. Didn't keep it on long. Just was not what I was looking for. But, it gives just a touch more protection than stock but not quieter.

I have a SKIDMARX double bubble tinted screen that has a small crack at one of the mounting points that I super-glued. I do not believe it is visible when installed. You can have it for $0 plus the cost of shipping if you want to try this before you buy it.
I got it as part of a stock windshield purchase from a Florida Bandit owner who was trying different screens over time. It's in great shape but has that little stress mount crack.

Hey guys, you may or may not want to consider it but......

Phil's generous offer is a screen that can be fixed (up); I did it with my OEM screen, and I'm sure it can be done with this one:
I got some chemical stains on my OEM screen that couldn't be removed, so I roughed it up with sand paper then sprayed a coat of black truck-bed liner over it. It actually looks pretty good! But I think it would look best on either a red or black bike, maybe silver. Just a thought.

I'm considering installing a clear Laminer Lip on my black screen someday.

Thank you for asking that. I bought a stock windshield from JPB (user on this forum) back in October. He added in the "SKIDMARX" double bubble for free if I paid shipping for both. So to answer it - it's a Skidmarx.

Hey, isn't that "Skidmarx" name the windshield they seemed to like in Europe?.... or maybe the only after-market windshield available to them a couple years ago.
