I was enjoying the first day of sunshine in a coon's age yesterday and my goofball brother pulls up with his new custom. He's always fiddling with stuff (I call it junk) in his spare time and this is his newest creation. It's actually a kit frame he purchased along with various unfinished parts. He said they were REALLY raw. But anyway, when I saw it I couldn't help but be tickled by it's presence. It's a 3/4 size bike which makes it look crazy small to his 6'4" frame.:lol2: But when he's on it, it doesn't look cramped at all. He did some "fitting" to make it work better for him. Raising the tank, moving the seat back, stuff like that. There is a plethora of engines you can cram into the chassis and he chose a 200cc Lifan single with overhead cam. Looks to be a knockoff of one of the Japanese singles. He said he was going to maybe experiment with an English wheel and make a tailored fuel tank that fit better and followed the lines of the other parts. But it works as it is. He got it all registered and street legal too. It'll just 'eek out 70mph if you hold you mouth right. But he said he didn't wish to go any faster anyway with a mountainbike shock under the seat as his only suspension in the rear. :lol2:
Bottom line, I thought it was cool as a cuccumber for puttin' around town on.
