The Collings Foundation aircraft have been making their way around the Central Texas area, so after our regular Thursday lunch M&G, Kurt, Woodbutcher and I headed North of Austin to meetup with CBAT and on to the GTU airport. We were treated to a nice display of some vintage aircraft.

This exercise was partly based on Dukes previous experience shooting them at Hooks a week or so earlier. Some short discussion ensued regarding the use of a flash so I took mine and learned a lot. Specifically, aircraft bodies and parts really reflect that source of the flash, not just the flash itself.

So..... here's a few of the favorites from the shoot. C&C always welcomed.

I need to get back and try the interior shots again using your tips.

You did so much better than I did.

That mustang is hard to capture isn't it. Love to composition of your shot of it in flight.
