Mr. Pons,

Open your browser, on the menu bar - select "Tools" and "Internet Options...". This will open a dialog box. In the middle is a section called "Temporary Internet Files". The middle button in that section should read "Delete FIles...". Select it, and a smaller box appears. I don't use the "offline content" feature, so I left that unchecked. Now click the "OK" button, wait a short eternity, and your "cache" will be clear. :-)

Now you can visit the forum and commence to filling the cache back up again... :roll:

I was just trying to follow instruct from forum admin. He said site had been reformated and we needed to empty cache and mark all forums as read. So thats what I was doing.
