Well, I went to AF1 to collect the hot rod Tuono the other day, and a red Griso was on the stand. The had just gotten their first shipment in and this was a left over bike that was just sitting around in the warehouse. Micah had just fitted an Aprilia after market can (Arrow, I think) and built a link pipe. It sounded great. I have never ridden a Goose before, although I had always thought they were great and unique looking bikes. So I take it for a spin. I didn't go very far and stayed in New Braunfels. So first impression. Very light handling bike and carries its weight down low. Suspension felt good. The motor was very torquey. The bike felt very comfortable and it completely surprised me. I'm going to take if for a tankful or two the next time I go out there. Very impressive. Something like 85hp or so, claimed.

My Stelvio would run circles around my BMW's. Definitely a more visceral engine though, not as smooth, but not at all unpleasant.

Contrary to popular belief, its the torque number that matters most.

I've always drooled over the Guzzi's. Maybe one day I can afford one.
