Post of the Week?

FotoMoto's humorous response in a thread here (http://twtex.com/forums/showpost.php?p=95855&postcount=45) made me think that this sort of thing should be recognized. What do the rest of ya'll think? It wouldn't necessarily have to be a funny post, perhaps a really helpful or interesting post or as a compliment for sharing an outstanding photo image. There are a few different ways that a winner could be determined:

A. Scott's choice (since he's the boss)
B. Nomination and vote put to general membership
C. Pass around the choice to a randomly determined TWTer each week.
D. ???

So, yes or no to the general idea?

After nearly a week, the few votes placed are almost evenly split between "Yes" and "You're a slacker".

Does the Forum software have a mechanism for voting on any post? I have seen star ratings on different forums, but I didn't know how those were determined. Thought it was just a numerical ranking. Like number of views or responses.

The star ratings are built in, people just have to take the time to actually rate the thread... all 1-1/2 seconds... ;-)

Also, you can sort each forum by the date, number of replies and number of views by clicking the header at the top of each column. You will quickyl find that the gun porn thread is one of the all time most viewed/replied to threads :lol2:
