Not lately; think it's a bandwidth issue. Tourmeister should come along shortly and explain it.

:tab No pics in the sigs. It is not necessarily a bandwidth issue as the images linked from another site don't use our bandwidth. It only hits our bandwidth if the images are hosted on the TWT server. It has more to do with people trying to use images to promote their businesses, images being excessively large in pixel size and file size, having distracting animations, etc,...
