My "new" '97 Funduro had a problem with the gas cap gasket. It had shrunk over time and allowed rainwater into the tank. This caused issues because even though water is full of hydrogen and oxygen, it's surprisingly non-combustible.
While searching for a replacement, I found these billet keyless gas caps:
Keyless Gas Cap
I decided to take a chance on them since I don't really worry too much about people messing with my gas tank. Heck, two of our cars (late model Fords) don't even have gas caps.
It arrived two days after ordering and took about two minutes to install. Seems to work just fine and the gasket is pretty substantial. I'll leave it out in the rain this afternoon to make sure, but I'm confident this solved my problem.
