Anyone know when the second fan (the one on the right side) comes on. Mine doesn't come on with the primary fan...

Very common query. Comes on only when very hot!

The main centre fan is run by a switch embedded into the radiator. The second fan is a failsafe and is run by a relay after a command from the ECM

main fan
on to off ~100C
off to on ~ 105C

failsafe fan
on to off ~ 108C
off to on ~ 110C
