Beach Ride Easter Saturday (4/15/06)

Looks like we'll have a good group going to the beach, and who knows where else, to ride on Saturday April 15th, 2006.
We are meeting for breakfast at the Waffle House in Winnie, Texas, at 8:30am.....
Everyone is welcome to join us for some D/S fun....

Well that day is my birthday and the wifey said i could do anything I wanted :trust: I might just have to make this, not sure just yet but will be in a couple of day's. If I do make it I will ride the KLR from my house 2920 and Kuykendahl to Winnie so if anyone wants to ride together.:rider:

As soon as I track down Bill Neely's phone number I am going to call him about Saturday. His computer is not working so i doubt he is able to check the sites.

I do not live far from you, 1 mile north of 1960 & 1 mile west of 45 in Pine Oak Forest. I'm going to truck my bike to Winnie, if you want to come along give me a pm. I'm not into long road rides.

Hey thanks Steve I heard from Bill today, I now have his phone number. Chris, Bill offered to haul my bike with his in his truck. He lives in the subdivision next to me. Maybe we can follow you down there, if not I will see ya'll at the waffle house. I am having a little out patient surgery tomorrow on my groin, but I should be good to go Saturday I hope. Doc said no work for 2 day's so I will take it easy the rest of the week.

Got my KLR all inspected today, so I am again legal. I can't wait for the beach run.

We're leaving Winnie....Going down to the beach and then East to Cameron La....Then West to Port Bolivar then back East and back up to Winnie....Unless we change our minds as we go.....

Should be 7 riders, all D/S riders...

Sure would like to be coming along on this, I've been wondering for a while how long a roost my KTM will throw in wet beach sand...but got too much to do..
