11 HACKERS left SEALY CYCLE SERVICE in SEALY, TX ON TYME±, headed for lunch in FAYETTEVILLE, TX
after a tour of his 2-vintage toys barns, DAVE, our host/route leader, immediately, took us across the road and into a soggy field, WHERE/WHEN THE FUN BEGAN :boogie:
106 klicks later, thru fields, down the edge of drainage ditches, a bit of tarmac, a plethora of dirt/gravel roads, drop dead gorgeous scenery & 1 not quite so "low water" crossing(only 1 monkey got very wet
) we arrived on the square, in FAYETTEVILLE, for lunch(thanks DAVE)
the 11 rigs were joined by 1 more @ lunch
kneadless 2 say, the 12 HACKS were attention getters on the square in FAYETTEVILLE
after lunch, DAVE led those who didn't bail after lunch back to SEALY
no known breakdowns , even minor ones, and no known injuries , unless you call a monkey being drenched an injury, an injury to pride maybe
