Breaking the Limit

by Karen Larsen.
She rides around the US and Canada on her 1200 Sportster.

Here is the deal: I will mail or physically deliver this book to you on the condition that you pass the book on when you are through reading it.I am willing to mail it out the first time at my expense or we might be able to hook up at a M&G or pie run or even run a relay with another biker. I have no interest in getting the book back, as long as it is traveling and being read.

Here is how this will work: Post to this thread or PM me, telling me that you would like to read this book. If you request more than one book at a time, I reserve the right to place you down the list so that I am not mailing all of the books I have listed to the same person at the same time.

I will maintain the lists of readers for each book, with an indication of who currently has the book in the first post of each thread. To make this work, you will need to find this first post, identify the next person on the list that wants to read the book, then PM them for an address or to make other arrangements for a transfer after you have finished reading the book.

As books are sent on to the next rider-reader, please post to the thread so that I can update the list. Also leave a little review of the book if you like.

The person on the list that is highlighted in blue text currently has the book.

1) beverly200rider
2) FJR Bandit
3) Stook
4) MaxxTraxx
5) MeNWen

Re: Breaking the Limit

Passed this along to FJR Bandit at the Brenham pie run yesterday.

Excellent book and an amazing journey! Karen rides from New Jersey to Alaska and back on an HD Sportster! There are roads she explores that I would never even consider or attempt with another rider let alone by myself. This is a must-read, especially for female riders. Karen proves that real life is in the journey, the every day lives of the people you meet along the way who touch you and in turn whose lives you touch. Keep writing and riding, Karen.

Thanks for the great review!

I really liked this book too, but I am no good at writing reviews. Anyone else want on this list?
