Marko, on your brother's brake plate, put the lever on now. There will be a bit of powder buildup in the internal splines and if you try to push it on later, you'll wind up pushing the splined shaft into the brake drum without ever getting the lever in place. Just use a workbench or something to press down upon and tap it into the place. Once the powder is removed from the splines, you can remove it if needed and install it easily later.

Yea , I was thinking about that , I've spread it just a bit and it will go on with no Problems ,

Trying to round up a few more things to get to you , prolly early next week .

Those hubs and the logos on the rims are gonna tie together real well.

It looks like I can see your brother's assembled wheels on the bench to the right in that picture. Show pics !
