I know you were frustrated at first, but in the long run, it looks like you now have a plug you're happier with than you would have ever been with the rubber one.

Kevin, my apologies if my online typing came across that way.. Not at all.. and for sure not with you...

You did a great job at a fair price.... and there is more work coming you way.... A return customer and one that is wiling to recommend your work to another is about the best vote of confidence you can get

Whatever you send, I'll do my level best at perfection. I try to never cut any corners like leaving stuff in place or masking anything that can be removed. It gives better edges and there's no baked in surprises in the inaccessible areas afterward.

Every step of every job, taken 100 percent to completion everytime = good results.
