Hmm sounds like a good time to burn vacation.

Or do we wanna bump up OK to prevent any snow/ice delays?

I think I am gonna plot out all the rides and take a look at all the weekends. I know Leon was wanting to do Palo Duro canyon too, but that may have to wait for the spring. Leon promised to camp so that one has to happen

I've got tons of vacation to burn primarily because of too much work (I think I need to use or lose 9 days before the end of the year which leaves me carrying over 3 weeks into next year!).

Plot a "during the week" plan and I'll see if I can swing it.

How about heading out noonish on 11/9 then return 11/11? Weather should be awesome by then if not cold (hoping we don't get an early cold blast). Only major ride is the swamp scooter rally. Or we can shift it to 7,8,9th for during the week.

He's going to have to pry Q out of BeemerBob's hands first

I heard Lyekka whimper when Q left the garage. I think she has a crush on him. Or motion envy?

Maybe laziness, knowing Bob will make her climb hills again.

Re: Eola, TX (Eola Schoolhouse)

This ride really peaks my interest so I am watching for the final date. I am sure that I am just setting myself up for an eventual let down because free weekends are not that free, especially when your wife travels Monday through Friday. Not that I want it to have anything to do with the final date but I know I can’t make November 10.

Is this the date we can plan on?

If so, I will put in my time off and we can move from "planning a trip" to "planning the trip".

Safe travels,
