I'll have my TWT banner whether we ask or not.

As far as space, I'll evaluate it a bit more when we get close to event time, but I do have a decent sized back yard so I may volunteer that.

I just reserved my room at La Quinta for $62/night. Maybe they'll honor that......

So, anyone got an in on early ticket sales? I would like to guarantee my "Reserved Seating" for the weekend and not gamble on availability.

I know the first year of MotoGp in Indy one of the ZRX guys that
lives in the area worked with the promo folks up there and goy us a block of
seats and a lap of the track the day after on our bikes

Plan on being there. Went to Indy in '10 and had a good time. This one is practically in our backyard.

I have an idea. Mods are you listening?

Is anyone forming a group buy. I would jump on a group Turn 1 or 15 Reserved Seating Package deal for us?

Got a B&B room booked in Bastrop. The Texas MS-150 is the same weekend which means 13,000 cyclists are looking for places to stay in the area!

Re: Circuit of the Americas to host 2013 MotoGP

I forgot about the MS150 being that weekend.

Wife and I booked a room in Bastrop.

In the past, Honda Riders Club of America has had reserved parking and freebies for anyone on a Honda at Indy. Not sure if they're going to do something like that at COTA or not. No info on their site yet.

I'd enjoy at least a M&G if not hanging out with a group during the races.

That takes a lot of time to setup if we have to wait for people to pitch in their money until we get enough seats and there is NO WAY I can buy a chunk of seats out of my pocket up front and then hope I can resell them to TWT members (at no profit of course ) I just don't have that kind of operating capital.

That said, I will be contacting their promo people to see what kinds of options may exist.

Already locked in a loft down in the heart of 6th street for the weekend. I figure if I'm going to be in the middle of it all I might as well get my moneys worth.

Tickets go on sell at Ticketmaster on 10/16. Does anyone know if that includes MC parking?

Re: Circuit of the Americas to host 2013 MotoGP

OK, working on a deal with my brother in law. They have a house in Hutto right off of 45 and 130 that they are slowly emptying. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, probable indoor parking, 10 acres off a feeder road. Secure..

If he can get it ready, I will lease it for both the March Rolex races and the April MotoGP races. Should be real nice, we call it the Castle as it looks like one.

It will be a package weekend deal. Rooms, parking, stocked fridge, some meals, TV, etc, etc.

I will post as soon as I know final rates and availability.

Interested, let me know ASAP.

Hoping to stay at a friend's that weekend. I'd be in for a group outing.

I just bought two 3 day reserved seat passes in the turn one section for $380. Those were 'best available', I guess the grandstand sold out in minutes.

Just got my crew a 4-pak of GAs. MC parking on site is only $30/bike/weekend, so that was a no-brainer! See y'all there!
