What a day!

Anybody else get a ride in today to enjoy the beautiful weather? Didn't want to come back today! Rode out to Summer's Mill, got off the bike and listened to the water run over the dam there. Beautiful spot! Then on to Salado for a glass of iced tea on the porch of the Subway. Back home over the Stillhouse dam. Lake was beautiful! Short but very enjoyable ride. Hope some more of you got to enjoy the day on the bike.

Re: What a day!

I did a valve adjustment and replaced a leaky seal in the water pump this past weekend, and this afternoon was the first time I could ride it to make sure I did everything right. Ten minute ride to the gas station and back home, but it felt great!

Re: What a day!

Took the CB to pick the munchkin up from school. Took a 40-mile route to an icecream shop 7 miles away. Got through the homework and icecram, then a 60-mile trip home. It was a good ride. Munchkin approved.
