XR650L supermoto rims/tires
Sold my 2007 last week. New owner passed on the supermoto items. I bought the Bare Bones kit from Motostrano (http://www.motostrano.com/Supermoto-.../kit-bones.htm) and ran it on the bike for about 55 miles, then switched back to stock setup.
The kit came with wheels, rim strips, tubes, tires all separate, so I also incurred the cost of having them mounted at my local Honda dealer. The tires are Michelin Pilot Powers. I have everything that the kit came with, EXCEPT for the chain. It was a cheap, non-oring, and when I removed the supermoto setup, I cut it and tossed it in the trash. The wheels have been sitting in my garage for the past few months, and as such, have accumulated a bit of dust. There are a few tiny mounting marks on the front rim but they certainly aren't detracting. -black Warp 9 rims with chrome hubs -wheels with tires mounted, includes rotors and sprocket (40 tooth) -front brake caliper relocator bracket -wheel spacers -new in package red UFO supermoto front fender (I used an old one I had around) The wheels are a direct bolt up application for a Honda XR650L. You cannot use the stock speedo drive with these. I really don't want to incur the cost of shipping due to the size of these items. I live in Port Arthur and would be willing to meet as far as Houston. Between all the people on this forum, I'm sure we could get them passed along to a new owner. As you can see on the link to Motostrano, this kit sells for $1250 at the moment. I'd like to get $800 for everything. Here's the setup on my bike: ![]()

Re: XR650L supermoto rims/tires
I'm interested! Do you have any pictures of the mounting damage to the wheels?

Okay, here's what I ended up with:
Front rim, with my thumb for reference: ![]() Rear rim, seemingly "rub marks" rather than actual scratches. Possibly a good buffing job? ![]() ![]() And finally, yes, a 40 tooth rear sprocket. Tape to help you count the teeth: ![]() Bonus pic...lol. The zip ties are there to keep the spacers from ending up on the 'missing' list.
