You're a beast!!!! Still on Super T?
Yes, it takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Will be at 125k miles by the time I return. Going to ride the area for a couple days.

I forgot to say, no heated gear, grips or seat. Only hot air was the bubbles of methane from unknown origin that permeated up from the rider's seat. LOL

Yes I guess same reason I don't like mesh gear, uncomfortable in hot temps due to the blast.

Above 93, heat transfers into your body instead of out below 93.

Mesh gear is good for 75-90 degrees, above 93 a person needs to insulate themselves from the oven.

Welp

How true. Some would say it is not a athletic sport (since it is motorized) . I think it is about the most athletic sport there is combining , conditioning, balance, and intuition (which line to take) and most of all, mental endurance.

Years ago I read that motocross was second only to soccer for aerobic endurance.

And I question that. I put MX on top due to the intensity and stress of impending doom that is never absent. Watching high level soccer I see a good portion of the players in a less than strenuous state a good part of the time.

Fair enough. There's probably a lot of ways to revise the question, "What is the toughest sport?" I think any of us who remember the twin shock ring dings of the late 70s know what kind of beating they could dish out.

Football/Mx the only comparison is the helmets and pads... In all fairness I guess, players do get run over in both sports.

just about useless to try
