Re: 2017 Monster Energy AMA Supercross

Some of this seasons events did have the look of a demolition derby. Last rider standing wins. There's always going to be contact between riders in this sport. Question should be was it intentional to gain position or just maintaining riders line.

Re: 2017 Monster Energy AMA Supercross

I saw the take out again last night. Got me thinking...I wondering if the fact that Savatgy's bike got tangled and hooked on the rear wheel some, made it LOOK much worse than it actually was.

That's exactly what I told my wife. It looked worse than in was, at least I think.

No one here can say they wouldn't have done the same exact thing as Osborne did if it meant being the SX champion or not. He rode out of his mind that night. One of my favorite races ever, considering how it all played out and what was on the line.

Yeah I just wish Eli would have let Dungey pass and done the same thing to him.

Dungey knew Tomac was going to try it. He even said as soon as he passed him on the last lap he knew it was a mistake. I think Dungey rode cautious in those situations because he knew Tomac was gunning for him.

The first pass you can see that. Dungey didn't even try to stay in the corner, he locked it up and almost rode over the berm.

Re: 2017 Monster Energy AMA Supercross

In my opinion Osborne's pass was legit and not dirty at all. It was all kinds of aggressive, but his front wheel was in front of Savatgy's. Racing at it's finest.

Vinny you can watch all the mains on youtube.

I have a ROKU and watch them on there. Fox Sports 1

If you have a TV package then you log in and can see everything live when the races are on.

It was a facebook live, of the press conference. I caught it as Dungey was getting off the stage.

It will be posted eventually.

Sucks to see him go. At least he went out on top. Great rider and a nice guy

Re: 2017 Monster Energy AMA Supercross

Definitely one of my favorite racers of all time. Good to see him go out on top.

His hair looked good in the video, so unless his wife combed it, I guess he can still look at himself in the mirror. Tomac's probably relieved...
