For sale is my 2016 Timberleaf Trailers Teardrop camp trailer. The trailer was hand-built in Denver, Colorado and was built for adventure travel and off-road use and was featured in Issue 17 of OutdoorX4 Magazine. You can view the full article at issue17.outdoorx4.com or I'll gladly email a PDF of the article if interested.

The trailer features a fully-independent axle-less suspension from Timbren Industries with 4" of wheel travel mated to BFG KO2 275/70/17 tires and 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser wheels. The rear galley features an adjustable head faucet and food preparation counter with custom Goose Gear drawer system. The Engel MT-45 fridge does not come with the trailer. LED lighting keeps the amp draw low and provides excellent lighting in the evening with the trailer's power inverter and battery stored behind a panel, and easily accessible, underneath the sink.

On the interior is a Colorado queen mattress 6" thick and exceptionally comfortable with hand-built cabinetry and shelving for storage. An integrated Fantastic Fan circulates cool air and the sky light features a collapsible shade when not in use. A 12-gallon water tank and immense storage space is located underneath the mattress and accessible from either side of the trailer.

Up front is a diamond steel plated tongue storage box with plenty of storage space. The box does have a dent from an extreme turn that resulted in the rear bumper of the tow vehicle denting the box. The box can be replaced and I can arrange for this. LED lighting throughout the interior and exterior of the trailer provides exceptional lighting and most of the components, including the lighting, are marine-grade for long-term durability.

Up top is a custom-built crossbar rack which can easily support up to 600 lbs and includes a mounted Rhino Rack Sunseeker 1300 Dome awning which provides exceptional shade while at basecamp. I did have a James Baroud roof top tent but have removed the tent and it is no longer available even though it's seen in the photos within the article about the trailer.

This is one of the most beautiful and multi-functional Teardrop trailers available and is now one year old. Asking $14,500 OBO (paid $17k not including the fridge and drawer which I owned previously) and am only selling as we are trying to purchase a home and I'm liquidating several assets in order to do so. Serious inquiries only. Please PM with interest and visit www.timberleaftrailers.com for more information about Timberleaf.

That's pretty cool. I saw a similar setup in Arkansas over the Memorial Day weekend. They had dragged it through some pretty nasty stuff to reach their remote campsite. I bet they were happy to be in it on Saturday night instead of a tent. We had some crazy storms roll through the area dropping hail, high winds, and HARD rain! The lightning show was pretty spectacular and loud.
