I took my DRZ 400E to them last week and asked for them to resolve:
surging throttle when held constant
bogging down when quick full throttle applied
check and set valve clearances
new sparkplug
replace drain lines on carburetor

After one week I got a call that she was ready.

They found the accelerator pump lever stuck.
Adjusted the carburetor
replaced the drain lines
checked valves and all were within spec
new sparkplug

All for 135.00. Man what a deal and the bike runs great.
Friendly bunch of guys and seem very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend the shop. :zen:

They used to do all the work on my Honda Shadow before I got the Triumph. Their shop has had a lot of turnover, but a couple of the same folks are still there.

They put the current front tire on my Triumph in July.

And owned by one of the fastest if not the fastest women in motorcycling

Leslie Porterfield a very nice lady to visit with and a very talented motorcyclist

BAD NEWS: I went by High Five today to have some bearings pressed. They are out of business. They have changed the name to High Five Vehicles and dropped motorcycles and motorcycle service.

Correct. This happened about a month ago or so. Thursday bike night they used to host has been moved to Grapevine Kawasaki.

I might try them out to adjust the valves on the DR... Tired of mucking about with the thing and just wanna ride rather than tear stuff apart again, lol.

Don't take your bike to them because they are out of business.

Guess I missed that part of the post, lol....
