I was wondering what happened to the Freestone national? I went to it a few times, but it has not been on the calendar for a few years. A friend told me that the riders signed a petition to remove Freestone from the schedule due to heat. Is that true, and does anyone have a link?
 
hmmm bunch of AMA races happen there, round three of the full moon series is happening there the 28th of this month, but that is on the freestone county raceway.

there were five AMA races on the main national track this year.
 
the heat is the main issue ive heard on those janky internet radio shows
