Riders who own property on terlingua ranch

All are welcome: If you are a owner of a track on Terlingua Ranch, AND ride or like motor cycles; I would like to here from you.

I am trying to find how many there are out there? Please drop a reply!

I will try to answer all questions about the Area or guide you to a post that will best answer your questions.

I type very slowly with 2 fingers so my answers will be terse, if you need long or very detailed answer, I will email you my telephone number.

Thanks for dropping by,

Re: Riders who own property on terlingua ranch

Well, I can account for two, my brother Rod and myself. Come see us up at Cedar Springs Ranch. I'll be there from July 3 through July 10, leaving on the 11th. If you want to come up, give me a call first as I don't hang around the house a lot. Leave a message if I don't answer. 432-371-2716. I'll also be coming to to Terlingua at least one day during the week. Would love to meet up with you one way or the other.

Randy

Re: Riders who own property on terlingua ranch

I recently bought a lot in Bee Mountain Estates, which I'm pretty sure is on Terlingua ranch property.

Re: Riders who own property on terlingua ranch

Thanks Primate and bcampbell!
some of the property in BEE MT. Estates is in the ranch, you can contact the Mang. and give them your track number, to find out. If it is your required to contact them!

News from Property Owner Service ...

The property owner service desk has been created in an attempt to help property owners with ownership changes, assessment billing and accounting questions, and information as to the privileges and obligations of Association membership.

When you contact POATRI if you get voice mail, please leave a detailed message. Time and resources often limit our ability to answer the telephone even during office hours. However, all messages will be returned as soon as possible. Please be sure to provide the name in which the account is found, at least one tract number and a contact telephone number or email address. Please repeat your telephone more than once as we some times cannot return a call due to a misunderstood number. Include your area code when leaving a message.

We will return your call within 24 hours usually, and hopefully will be able to provide the information you need within a day or two, although some research may extend response time.

Direct Phone: (432) 371-3146 ext. 11
Direct Email: propertyinfo@terlinguaranch.com

*** Office Hours: Thurs. thru Sat., 9 am - 5 pm
