Very nice bike!

Re: 1975 R60 . $5000. Runs perfect.

It's a wonderful classic . It doesn't get ridden enough. Maybe 4 times a year . I'm mostly riding the dirt bike this days.

Sort of off topic but I've got to ask. I'm currently rebuilding an 82 R100RS. Who made the seat on that beauty?

Couple of pictures.

I must say I'm surprised that I'm not getting any interest on the bike. Is the economy about to tank and no one telling me?

I've seen a bunch of great deals on great bikes here get little traffic in the last two years.
things I would have jumped all over had I any cash.
weird.

Re: 1975 R60 . $4000 Runs perfect.(Price reduced))

I've had numerous airheads and oilheads, and have sold or attempted to sell them on TWT. Sometimes TWT is just not the right forum for a given bike sale, but in this case, and this is just my opinion, you're about a thousand dollars over market. If it were the R90 it would probably draw more attention at that price. It is a very nice looking bike, and I want just about every airhead I see (including this one). $4000 is the price range for a LOT of good bikes, which makes for stiff competition. I'm not trying to offend or insult you; just trying to explain some of the reasons it hasn't sold.

I'll keep it in the garage as decoration . Less than 4K doesn't make it worth it for me. It always starts and runs great no matter how long it sits.

Sold. It's a sad day but it wasn't being used.
