Freestone m/x owner

Sounds like former mx star Brain Swink(Team Peak 125cc) and Jim Hale(founder of AXO) were also lost today, I don't know any details for them. Rough day for mx stars.

Never actually met Tony Miller but talked to via email a few times in the early 2000's getting info about series races to pass on to some local MX racers. Always was quick to respond to questions and really promoted MX racing. Sorry to hear of his passing.

Used AXO boots in the late 80's when MX racing - they were the only ones that fit well and would last a season. Didn't know much about Jim Hale other than his company made good products. Only knew of Brian Swink by name only.

At least they all enjoyed what they did.

Small time, local motocross seems to be dying out and young kids aren't into it. Guess they feel safer playing video games.

Wow, I was out near Freestone the other day and wondered how he was doing.
And to lose 3 people who put so much of their lives in the sport in one day sad day for mx
