Ennis area pavement suggestions for Bluebonnets

Any (weekday) road recommendations to include or avoid for a cruiser day trip at snail mail speeds? Restaurants?

That said, usually picking up 660 from 45 in Ferris headed southeast all the way down to 34 is a nice road with some twists and turn all the way to 34 taking you back into Ennis is usually a winner.

Halfway down is Sugar Ridge road, that's usually a nice ride but IIRC the road condition isn't A+. Been a while though.

813 between 660 and Palmer on 45 is nice too.
