Cortech Kudos
Bought a Cortech tank bag for my Concours about 1 1/2 yrs ago. After heavy use a pocket seam came apart and a zipper pull tab broke. I couldn't find the reciept and Woods didn't have it in their records. I emailed Cortech and they said to take it to the dealer. A friendly parts guy at Woods kept the bag and a Cortech rep. was coming by a couple days later for an already scheduled stop. Cortech promised to fix it or replace it. I just picked up my brand new Cortech bag with a new reciept. Got to love good customer service.

Re: Cortech Kudos
I still use my Cortech bag that I bought back in 1997. It doesn't get much use these days but I do still use it.

Re: Cortech Kudos
That is awesome! I just picked up my new Tourmaster Synergy vest from Lone Star Cycles. Same kind of deal. Nice to hear good service stories from companies that back up their products.
