All of us married guys understand the idea of the “honey weekend.” That’s where we end up doing a lot of her fun things and not so many of ours. Well this weekend found me in Boerne following the Mrs through a series of antique stores trying to fill the morning identifying old tools and wishing it was time for lunch.
In the back of one potpourri scented, frilly laced shop – completely out of place - was this:
Yes, an Exomesh tail bag complete with cable and lock, all for the princely sum of $8.12 (tax included!) Surprisingly it was on sale from the previous price of $15.00. So you can find a bargain in these places now and then. But I still prefer the smell of an antique motorcycle running to that of an antique store.
