I understand, Jack. Getting old really takes a toll on a guy.

"Age", it's not all in your head.

If anyone cares...I did buy a DL1k today. Needs a set of tires and a lower gear, but it is going to help me enjoy some dirt roads.

I am with Wayne on this one. This bike has the sport touring mojo all over it.

The only negative I really ever read on it was that the feedback from the front end was not there like on a forked bike. I am guessing at real world speeds and touring this is not much of an issue for us mere mortal riders.

nice find

Re: The Craigslist Thread

The thought of a project bike just sends $$ signs running through my head.

So I must resist project bikes, I am having plenty of "fun" keeping my bikes on the road.

Re: The Craigslist Thread

I have never seen one of these on the road.

Too much $$, but clean ZRX1100

I think the new TREX uses the ZX14 drive train instead of the older zzr1200 like they used to have. But for 60K, wow.

Hooligan

Any one have an RC51 fetish like me. Here's a clean one.

So you want a project bike.

Project? wow!

Last but not least for tonight. VFR with custom paint.
