Adios to the Hill Country. Hello East Texas, wife and I accepted an offer on our house and decided to go East.
Just wanted to ask two questions about dirt roads and if anyone knows about any homes available with 5-10 acres near a lake, Rayburn/Toledo bend?
Next to riding, water sports and fishing are my fun things.
Somebody knows somebody that knows somebody that may have a lead on property.

I'm right across the road from Houston County lake (Grapeland) on 25 acres. Pretty nice area to live. Land here is still fairly reasonable, especially compared to the hill country. Let me know if I can help!
