I found a place for cheap motorcycle batteries in Dallas!

saturday, my battery died and wouldn't hold a charge on my WR250R. i had to scramble because there was a rally the next morning.

The dealership wanted $130-150 for a replacement, and a quick google search shows the thing is only $30 delivered..

Walmart had it for $80. I stumbled across this outfit in Dallas

He said he had it. it shows up as a

CT5L-BS in his system. Yamaha calls it a YTZ7s.

Anyhow, it was $35.00 out the door. Just thought I'd pass this forward if you get in a pinch.

Ordered me a battery tender quick connect cable like i have on my other rides ;-)
 
I could find no info on mtcy batteries. Says they now have them but no search ability. I can't imagine they can ship very far at those low prices and a warranty is worthless if shipping is necessary.
