What's in your day pack?

I recently bought a '90 KLR and have been itching to get it dirty. What tools and equipment do you fellows carry on an out 'n' back day while trying to stay light?

The only things that go into the day pack are first aid, food, water and clothes. All tools and spares are on the bike in a Nomad Rider Out-N-Back.
