I plan on going.

I have never been to GSL and will be on a big adventure bike. I am very comfortable in the dirt, just not sure how big bike friendly GSL is?

Anyone else taking a big bike out to GSL?

I can drive and bring KTM 350, but would prefer to ride the big bike as i don't get am much dirt time on it.

Thanks
-gs

I have ridden my Africa twin over most of the place. it is a pretty small riding area, but fun enough for 10 bucks.

Is it a place I would want to ride on my AT all the time, NO.
but it was nice to know I could do it.

It is "challenging" on a big bike; but fun.

I don't know if anyone pointed this out, but the gate does NOT say GSL. it say "keep out" or something to that effect...
but the GLS gate is a couple hundred yards down that dirt road past the gate that says Keep out.

My GPS says N 29° 55.529' W098° 30.612' is the drive way... I road past it a few weeks ago.
see the pic of the GPS

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Sure was fun riding with you guys this year. Making memories. Especially that wet ride a couple months ago with Dan. All started out last January with my first group ride at the Medina 250

Ty, Sander for putting the effort with the routes. This is really a rare opportunity to be able to take part in such activity (and not have to pay big bucks) .:thumb:

Let's keep going !!

Sander thanks for organizing this.
I had a great time.
It was good meeting everyone.

Unfortunately no pictures or video recording any of it. I would have loved to see Brian get air on the V-Strom, I did see his Spirited Pace on the motocross track.

What a great day riding with the the dirt bikers and great to see what the ADV guys were able to conquer.

I got some video, will post shorty. Thanks for organizing the ride. Had a great time.
