This bridge is just north of the Georgetown airport close to hwy195, I couldn't get a picture from below because it's fenced off private residence on both sides

I must say, I've never seen that one. Here's one just off of 195 also.
 
I think it would be but only one end is open with "Posted keep off" signs by city of Georgetown, the other end exits into thick trees with a large mound blocking it, I had to roll through the front tip of somebodys yard to get the shot, the city is moving in on it and the new bridge next to it is very busy.
 
Right down the street from a customer of Mine I see it all the time, stopped and snapped a few photos but it looks to be on right of way or private land to me now so I have never ventured out on it.
