I use the KR's on my GSXR and love them...

Dave... contact RTS and the will give you a price. Usually a better price for CMRA guys.

Just say "No" Mitch. Between the bike, the leathers, the track fee, and $400 in tires every 4 track days until you get fast and then every other track day after, it burns retirement money fast.

Crazy fun going fast, but the money goes fast too.

Maybe let's just go ride dirt for a while. I won't have to spend much money that way. Bob and Doug have dirt bikes too so they can join us.

Ha! @2WheelNut got me sucked into it... he must like you more.

We've found that the GSXR750 is a pretty capable platform for us men "of a certain age". Good combination of performance on the tight & twisty tracks and the long and flowing tracks.

Re: So, You Got a Track Bike

I am a Gixxer 750 fan as well. Mitch might not want a non-liter bike. But, a Supermotard, that would be a great adventure....

Of course a TLR is a nice old guy scooter as well once you put about $7k in mods on it.

Hmm. You'd be better off putting super moto wheels on that KTM 500. That could he lots of fun.

Will it fit in the back of my truck? Can I close the tailgate? does it make awesome motor noises?

Maybe this will work. Good looking. Fits in truck with tailgate closed, makes awesome motor noises.

Might be perfect...

Re: So, You Got a Track Bike

You could hire the 5 year old to work on it for you...I'm guessing he is pretty cheap.

Then again...he seems like a rich kid. Probably thinks he's worth $200 an hour cause he's special.
