I cannot wait for the "world famous" after ride. The last time was down right amazing.

Cross your fingers it is not looking promising. Might be another soggy one like the last one we had in Clifton. But we were still able to get some ride time in between the sprinkles.

Re: September meet n greet n eat

I just looked at the forecast ...

Saturday was soggy and now Sunday is as well.

Maybe from the storm swirling around in the Gulf?

Tim was so right about you and your chicken fried steaks...

Looking too wet from my point of view for this one, but will note that restaurant for later.

The Weather Underground prognosticators are playin ping pong with the forecast. Yesterday chances for rain were 80% Fri-Sat...60% Sun.
Today..its been changed from this mornins 60% F-S 50% Sun to straight across 50% F S S

Waco TV progs are sayin 60% Fri aftrnoon 50% Sat aftrnoon 40% Sun aftrnoon
Sat looks ok till 3pm...Sun 30% till about 2pm
WHAT WILL tomorro bring??
Inquirin minds wanna kno

Pavements sounds good to me. I just want to know if its okay to tag along Saturday as a new guy around here and what's the planned meeting place/time for the Saturday ride to see if I can make it.

Otherwise I might just tag along Sunday (weather looks better that day).

Re: September meet n greet n eat

My plan is to leave Granbury before 7 Sunday morning and blast down 281.

Then meander back north on FM and county roads. No predetermined course or agenda other than be in my shop before dark
