This is a pair of like new First Gear 44 waist 33 inseam waterproof over pants with a removable insulated liner. They have adj armor pads in knees & hips. Also full leg zippers for easy on/off. Velcro waist straps & cuff adj. 3 waterproof pockets & a 10" zipper for jacket
