Reminds me of a conversation with Dad when I was a kid. We stopped to look at this chopper and I said it looked terrible. Dad never looked up but said under his breath, "Yes, and somebody did it on purpose."

Don't think it with pin you under if it fell over on you. It would auto amputate.

Re: The Craigslist Thread

A lot of contraptions like this are built for the challenge of building, or for bragging rights, and never get ridden except for the photo op. Don't know if this thing falls into that category or not, but the owner probably doesn't hop on it to make that Walmart run for a loaf of bread.

I built an aluminum trailer with a Harbor Freight engine. The trailer pushes my bicycle. Motion Pro wanted to be paid up front for the throttle cable (no refunds) even though I had an account with them. Throttle cable is 11' long. Yeah, just for the challenge. It seemed like a good idea at the time.

Re: The Craigslist Thread

I'll sell the trailer for slightly less than the diesel motorcycle. Pictures on request by qualified buyers.

Re: The Craigslist Thread

Nice engine. I wanted to put one in my Jeep when I put in the SBC. I just couldn't afford a 4BT at the time. I have a 97 Dodge with the 6BT and will never part with it. That bike looks like it makes a great conversation piece.
