and a special shout out to the guys from The Houston Motorcycle Exchange for letting us hang out in their shade and keeping us hydrated!! 
Half the fun was just walking around and riding up and down the pits looking at stuff but it's essential to have some type of pit vehicle on hand, that or plan on doing a lot of walking. Keep in mind, the pits are also a mile long! Maybe JMZ can bring his hotrod golf cart next time.

, not sure what that was all about. Regardless, this'll give a good idea what it's like. Unfortunately the GoPro's wide angle lens doesn't show much at the finish line..... especially after YouTube chops the quality to pieces.

I am taking my wife and 15 year old son in October, Oh wait , he will be 16 by then 
. Everybody there that I met was very nice. Especially the Houston Motorcycle Exchange guys that let us hang out with them

Most definitely. All sorts of kids are around. Alcohol and drinking are very low key. No alcohol is sold at the event. You might see the Red Bull girls wandering around, but that's about as racy as it gets.
