2007 vfr interceptor red/white/blue with black(stock) wheels. what would be involved to have them powder coated white?
i can remove wheels from bike and the tires from wheels. question is, will there be a need to remove the bearings and seals from the front wheel? will the process damage any other components?

Yes, remove the bearings ands seals. Than they can sand blast them clean for powder coating white.

Sorry, that's all the choices you get.

Remove the valve stems, seals, bearings and if used wheel weights.
The PC shop will likely know what not to coat (bearing bores, brake disk mating surface, threaded holes ect...) BUT TALK WITH THEM about it, so there are no miscommunications and crushed expectations

The PC shop will strip existing coating, chemically or with media.
Clean metal is then prepped with a cleaner/etcher/degreaser and the item is coated, cured and returned to you.
