More amazing shots

This link came from Mark via Justin.... Some amazing stuff here:

http://twistedsifter.com/2012/06/top...-day-for-2012/

Austin's Hamilton Pool made one of the shots too. #30

And I still want to know how they did the Hugo Boss shot without drowning that guy. #13

A fella could wile away the hours looking at those. I agree about #13. As a sailboat fan, I know it's most difficult to keep a boat consistently on its side.

Exactly what I was thinking...... Wind is not constant therefore complicating the time component necessary for a shot like that.

Re: More amazing shots

The Fractals in #37 intrigue me......thinking that an OLD elm or oak tree would have to uptake and transpire water for many hundreds of years......just to look like those fleeting trails in the sand!

The "actor" standing on the port keel-wing (shot #13) almost looks like the wedding cake plastic man......

As for #17, read this... "Debunking"

Here is a higher res copy of the image to inspect.

I like the small US registered General Aviation air craft and the Southwest Airlines 737. Dallas Love is a long way from Hanover.

Hey Scott,

Thanks for posting. I downloaded the images so I can use them as screensavers!

I was wondering how the bee stinger image was taken? It looked like it had just stung the person's hand and was flying away. I think they premeditated the actual scene.

It reminds me of another image someone posted on TWTEX a couple of years ago. The guy was taking pictures of Bluebonnets during full bloom near Austin. He got really close to one flower and there in a coil of glory was a large rattlesnake ready to strike.

RV? Does that refer to the sweet Honda you were riding?

Yea, it is the RV1800 by Honda. A bit big but comfy. I am having a hard time finding parts for it. It is a limited edition.
